If you're having a problem with an order, or with a product that you've ordered, let me know here. Be sure to include, in your message, the email address you used when ordering so that I can track your order. Monday through Friday (US Eastern time zone), I'll get back to you within 24 hours -- usually sooner. Weekends may take longer, sometimes until Monday morning my time. However, I'll do everything I can to make sure you get the product you ordered, and to make sure it works.

Reader Mail

If you want to comment on a book I've written or something on the site that you've read, this is the place. I had reader mail closed for a couple of years because I felt awful about not being able to answer every letter. I still can't, but I'm going to open up reader mail again anyway. Please realize that, with the volume of e-mails I get, I cannot answer every one. I do read them all, though.

1218 people between the start of October and the end of January were sure they were the ONLY person who asked one tiny writing question. They weren't. I don't want to seem unkind. I do write full-time, though, and homeschool my kid, and do a lot of things for writers, and I cannot keep up with the volume.
