We upgraded the software since you were last here, and your old cookie is still in the system. Go into your cookies (if you have the option) and clear JUST your shop cookie--it will have shop.hollylisle.com somewhere in it.
If you can't selectively clear your cookies, you'll have to clear them all this one time, but do that as a last-ditch measure. You'll lose settings for all your other sites at the same time, which can be really inconvenient. |

Shop.HollyLisle.Com has upgraded the download process to allow for more flexibility such as bundled products, larger downloads, and easier access. You can find the new downloads link conveniently in your Account Options. You no longer have to go to the Order History for a specific order but can download all your products at once.
